As the only English-speaking local organization of Junior Chamber International in the Netherlands, JCI Amsterdam International (JCIAI) is a multi-cultural non-profit organization. Redge Rafols is the current President of JCI AI and is also a Product Manager working for a multi-national logistics company. In this capacity, she has worked in six countries in the last 5 years and knows the importance of handling multi-cultural differences effectively.
